AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE COST
OF GRAVE SITES, INTERMENT FEES
AND CHARGES FOR MEMORIAL FOUNDATIONS
IN THE DUBLIN CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, the members of the Cemetery Commission have recommended
an increase in the rate structures for grave sites, interment
fees and memorial foundations, and;
~mEREAS , the Village Council is of the opinion that said fees
should be increased:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the cost of grave sites for Residents of the
Village shall be increased from $200.00 per grave site to
$300.00 per grave site and, the cost of grave sites for Non-
Residents of the Village shall be increased from $300.00 per
grave site to $500.00 per grave site. To qualify for the
Resident rate, a person must reside within the corporate limits
of the Village of Dublin at the time the grave site/sites is/
are purchased.
SECTION 2. The Interment fee for Residents of the Village shall
be increased from $125.00 to $175.00 and the interment fee for
Non-Residents shall be increased from $200.00 to $300.00. The
surcharge for a week-end interment shall be increased from
$50.00 to $75.00.
SECTION 3. For Baby Lots, (stillborn to one (1) year old in-
fants) the grave sites shall be $125.00 for each grave site and
the interment fee shall be $125.00. These fees shall apply to
both Residents and Non-Residents. The casket and vault size
for a Baby Lot shall be 24"L x 13"W x 10"H.
SECTION 4. That charges for Memorial Foundations shall be as
indicated on "Exhibit "A" hereto attached and made an official
part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.

CHARGES FOR MEMORIAL FOUNDATIONS EFFECTIVE
The following foundation and setting charges will apply
effective on the date shown above. These charges are
calculated total square inches of the top surface area of the
foundation. The charges for all foundations is 30 cents per
square inch. We dig all foundations to the depth we feel is
adequate for the memorial ordered. All charges are rounded
off to even dollars. For foundation costs not listed on the
chart call the cemetery office.
