AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NO. 79-78 AND ORDINANCE NO.
48-84 BY APPROVING AN AMENDED
PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR A PORTION OF THE INDIAN RUN
MEADOW SUBDIVISION WHICH COMPRISES
A TOTAL OF 198 ACRES.
WHEREAS, the provisions of the Dublin Planning and Zoning Code require
that revision of any portion of a preliminary plan must be approved
by the Planning Commission and Council;
WHEREAS, the owners of the tract of land known as Indian Run Meadow
revising the approved Preliminary Development Plan to include 7.00
acres of office/institutional uses, 8.00 acres for a school, 5.00
acres for a church, 5.01 acres of park, and 2.00 acres of retention
area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring that this
ordinance was

Two (2) copies of map accurately drawn to an appropriate scale (to fill a sheet
of not less than 8- 1/2 x 11 inches and not more than 16 x 20 inches). The map
shall be identified and submitted in addition to the General Description of Land.
The map shall include all land in the proposed change and all land within five
hundred (SOO) feet beyond the limits of the proposed change.
To be shown on the map - all property lines, street right of way, easements and
other information related to the location of the propo sed boundaries and shall
