AN ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION
1317.06 OF THE VILLAGE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF BRICK
SIDEWALKS IN THE MOORS PROJECT
IN MUIRFIELD VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring, that:

Section 1. Existing Section 1317.06 of the Codified Ordinances which
reads in part as follows:
Sidewalks within the confines of the right of way shall
be of Portland cement concrete...
is hereby waived only as to the Moors Project in Muirfield Village to
allow for the construction of brick sidewalks.
Section 2. The requirements for brick sidewalks shall be as follows:
1. The sidewalk be located on (1) foot off of the right of way
line.
2. Prepare the sub-soil to a level condition at proper depth.
3. 4" of limestone compacted base covered by 3~" of concrete
(residential grade).
4. 3 5/8" x 7 5/8" paving brick placed in a running bond
pattern.
Section 3. The drawing of said brick walk is on file in the Village
Engineer's office.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
