AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT, IN PRINCIPAL,
A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR FISCAL
1986.
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has made recommendations to
Council concerning proposed Capital Improvement for fiscal
1986, and;
WHEREAS, Council has conducted a meeting with public participa-
tion on said proposed improvements on April 14, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the attached Exhibit "A" titled "CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED FOR 1986" is hereby adopted, in princi-
pal, by the Dublin Village Council.
SECTION 2. Further approvals of Council will be required for
design cost quotations, acceptance of bids for the actual im-
provements, etc. , prior to any of the improvements actually
being commenced.
SECTION 3. Further approval, in the form of amendments to 1986
Appropriations to cover the cost of approved projects, will be
required from the Village Council as projects are initiated.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
