WHEREAS, said annexation petition has been approved by the Franklin County Commissioners and; WHEREAS, the Dublin Village Council is of the opinion that sai territory should be annexed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members con- curring: SECTION 1. That the petition of Bonna B. In addition, the Village has a progressive Capital Improvement Plan which is reviewed on an annual basis.
