AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 08-90, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS
~ "",":,,:, AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, appointments are required to various Boards, Commissions and
Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Ronald Geese and James Manus are appointed to the Planning I
and Zoning Commission for four year terms and Charles Kranstuber is
appointed to complete the term of Joel Campbell, said term expiring on
December 31, 1992.
Section 2. That Judith Stillwell is hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning
Appeals for a term of three (3) years and Peter Zawaly, Jr. is appointed to
an unexpired term, said term expiring on December 31, 1990.
Section 3. That Thomas Kellett is hereby appointed to the Architectural
Review Board for a term of three (3) years.
Section 4. That Gary Williams is hereby appointed to the Personnel Board
of Review for a term of three (3) years.
Section 5. That Marge Rosher and Donald Barr are hereby appointed to the
Tree and Landscape Advisory Commission for terms of three (3) years.
Section 6. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until death,
resignation or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 7. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the City Charter.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 9. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare and for further reason that vacancies
need to be filled on the various boards, commissions and committees, and
therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced immediately
upon its passage.
