AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW AN
EXEMPTION TO THE STORM
WATER DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AS
PROVIDED BY SECTION 1165.1(f)
OF THE DUBLIN PLANNING AND
ZONING CODE
WHEREAS, the Donegal Cliffs Park is located adjacent to the Scioto River;
and
WHEREAS, the post-development storm water runoff will cause no damage
to the downstream property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 Of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The area outlined in Exhibit "A" (attached) be exempted from I
the storm drainage detention requirements as provided by Section
1165.1(f) of the Dublin Planning and Zoning Code.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period permitted by law.

Final Development Plan - Donegal Cliffs Park
- Driveway entrance on plans lies approximately 20 feet north of
existing gate and curb cut. We prefer that the final location of
the entrance drive align with the existing curb cut and existing
gate. This will eliminate the need for extensive relocation/
reconstruction of the fence, sidewalk, curb and approach.
- Storm water control for residences in this area have been exempted
by City Council. This area should be considered for the same
exemptions. This will have to be approved by Council.
- It appears that the lower portion (Phase Two) may be partially
within the Scioto River Floodway. This needs to be determined
prior to development of that phase. If this is so, modifications
of Phase Two proposed usage is likely.
