AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FISCAL 1981, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amend-
ments be made to the Annual Appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has agreed to sponsor a celebration of
achieving City status in conjunction with the Dublin Chamber of
Commerce; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 91-86, the Annual Appropriations
Ordinance for Fiscal 1987 are now required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No. 91-86 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
....." in the GENERAL FUND the sum of $5,000.00 to account A01-07-7A-241A
for City Status Celebration establishing an appropriation for this
account.
Section 2. That this Ordinance is an emergency measure to preserve
the public health, safety and welfare and therefore shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
