AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
1333.11 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN - PLUMBING
PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin becomes the City of Dublin on September 2,
1987; and,
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1987, Dublin Council pa~sed an Ordinance to enter
into a health services contract with the Franklin County Board of Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Section 1333.17, Plumbing Permit Fees, of the Dublin
Codified Ordinances be amended to read as follows:
"The City of Dublin, Ohio, through its City Manager shall
issue permits and collect fees for such plumbing inspections.
The fee to be charged shall be the same as that of the
Franklin County General Health District. The City of Dublin
Ohio, sha II forward sixty (60%) percent of all plumbing
inspection fees collected by them to the Franklin County
General Health District after said Health District has
submitted quarterly statements of the amount due. Said
amount shall be paid by the City of Dublin within thirty
(30) days after receipt of said statement. Not to exceed
$15,000.00 annually."
Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the public in ordE r
to continue the daily operation of municipal departments and therefore
sha II take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
