AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST
AND BEST BID FOR CONCRETE FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF AVERY ROAD AND
CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS INTERNAL
TO THE PERIMETER MALL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, after required advertising, bids have been received for concrete
for the improvement of Avery Road and construction of streets internal
to the Perimeter Mall development; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Anderson Concrete in the
amount of $54,285.00 is the lowest and best bid. i

NOW, THEREFO~, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring: I

Section 1. That the bid of Anderson Concrete for concrete for the improvel
ment of Avery Road and construction of streets internal to the Perimeter I
Mall development be, and hereby is, accepted. '
Section 2. That the City Manager and Finance Director be, and hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said Anderson
Concrete Company for the construction of said improvements.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
~ be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
