AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FISCAL 1989, AND DELCARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires when necessary that amendments be
made to the Annual Appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, the amount of funding required for miscellaneous professional
fees is anticipated to increase due, in part, to the need to develop a
public information campaign related to the merger issue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the GENERAL FUND the sum of $20,000.00 for Miscellaneous Professional
Fees (07-7G-234B), increasing said appropriation from $30,000.00 to
$50,000.00.
Section 2. That this Ordinance is an emergency measure necessary to
preserve the public peace, health and safety and therefore shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
