029-89 Ordinance Amended RECORD OF ORDINANCES 475 National Graphics Corp., COls., O. ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance NO'n32':::-~_?n_~~e_nded) P assed___m__n__n___m_m____m__nn_ nnn_n_19 _m_ __ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1341 "BUILDING PERMITS" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF DUBLIN, OHIO, REQUIRING THE CONTAINMENT AND REGULAR DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS FROM CONSTRUCTION SITES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, there is a recognized need to reduce the amount of wind and water borne litter within the community; and, WHEREAS, the containment and regular disposal of debris at construction sites will reduce the cost to taxpayers, homeowners and property managers for litter collection; and, WHEREAS, the containment and regular disposal of debris will protect the health, safety and/or welfare of those within the Municipality, a s we 11 as, improve the appearance of the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that: - Section 1. That Chapter 1341 be and the same hereby is amended to include a new Section 1341.90 to read as follows: All trash and debris associated with or resulting from the construction of either residential or commercial structures permitted hereby shall be contained on the construction site .,....., o. in a stable and secure enclosure no smaller than ten (10) -I:: ~A ..' 1,5 ~,: cubic yards. The permit holder shall maintain the enclosure 'C "1::1' .e cu'. and site so as to control litter and debris at all times, and ." 1iI'!j.'1 ~.'~i; remove and dispose of the debris in an approved landfill.
