AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION,
NEGOTIATION, AND ACQUISITION OF EASEMENT
AND/OR FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN PROPERTIES
LOCATED ADJACENT TO AVERY ROAD.

.... WHEREAS, the City is preparing to widen and realign Avery Road, and;
WHEREAS , said improvements will require the City's obtaining easements
and/or fee simple ownership in properties located adjacent to Avery
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by Council for the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 members concurring that:
Section l. The Law Director and/or the City Manager is directed to hire
appraisers, consultants, etc., to acquire easements and/or fee simple
interest in, over, and through certain parcels of real estate necessary
in connection with the improvement and realignment of Avery Road.
Section 2. The funds related thereto have been previously appropriated
within the Capital Improvement Tax Fund, for the purpose of paying all
costs, incident to such acquisition.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
Passed this 17th day of April 1989.
