AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A
PERSON TO FILL THE UN-
EXPIRED TERM OF MARY ANN
MELVIN AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Melvin has resigned from the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that Warren Fishman is a suitable person
to serve the balance of this unexpired term, said term expiring December
31, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:

Section 1. That Warren Fishman is hereby appointed to serve the unexpired
term on the Planning and Zoning Commission said term ending on December
31, 1991 per Section 7.02 of the Dublin City Charter.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason of establishing a full
Commission, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
