AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW AN
EXEMPTION TO THE STORM
WATER DRAINAGE REQUIRE-
MENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN AS PROVIDED BY
SECTION 1165.1(f) OF THE
DUBLIN PLANNING AND
ZONING CODE
WHEREAS, the Donegal Cliffs Section 6 Subdivision is located adjacent
to the Scioto River; and
WHEREAS, the post-development storm water runoff will cause no damage
to the downstream property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that:

Section 1. The area outlined in Exhibit "A" beiexempted from the storm
drainage detention requirements as provided by Section 1165.1(f) of the
Dublin Planning and Zoning Code.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare, and therefore, shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
