NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That the petition for the annexation of 11.677 acres (see attached legal description) to the Village of Dublin, Ohio is hereby accepted. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
