AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE
APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING
VILLAGE MANAGER, ESTABLISHING
A TEMPORARY SALARY AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin has appointed Timothy
C. Hansley to the position of Village Manager; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore no longer necessary to retain the appointment
of Nanette J. Prushing to the position of Acting Village Manager; and
WHEREAS, Council recognizes that some additional job duties may still
be required during a period of transition for this appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the appointment of Nanette J. Prushing to the position
of Acting Village Manager is hereby terminated retroactive to July
13th, when the appointment of Timothy C. Hansley to the position of
Village Manager was made.
Section 2. That the Finance Director continue to receive a temporary
salary of $42,000.00 for an additional 90 days as compensation for the
additional duties and responsibilities needed during this transition.
Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the public
in order to continue the daily operation of municipal departments
and therefore shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
