I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE NO. 15-91
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER
31, 1991, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to
the Appropriations Ordinance in order that appropriations are not over-
expended; and,
WHEREAS, the appropriation for capital improvement items was omitted from
the Annual Appropriation Ordinance No. 15-91 until such time as the Five-
Year Capital Improvement Program could be presented and reviewed in detail
and
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council has now reviewed the recommended Five-Year
Capital Improvement Program and 1991 Cash Capj~81 Improvement List; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 05-91 provided amendments to the temporary appro-
priations in order to proceed with certain capital improvement projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT TAX FUND the sum of $3,240,098.00 for those
projects as shown on the attached list.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the DUBLIN JUSTICE CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND the sum of $40,0000.00 to
account 47-03-14-2530 for miscellaneous engineering and site preparation.
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the NORTHEAST QUADRANT PARK LAND ACQUISITION FUND the sum of
$1,228,000.00 to account 48-03-14-2510 for the purpose of acquiring park-
land.
Section 4. That there be advanced from the GENERAL FUND for the Muirfield
Drive Improvement Fund the sum of $1,306,810.00, and thence appropriated
to account 46-03-14-2551 for the purpose of constructing this roadway
per the contract previously awarded by Council through Ordinance No.
126-90. This advance is to be reimbursed to the GENERAL FUND from the
proceeds of bonds or bond-anticipation notes.
Section 5. That all other appropriations to any of the Capital Improve-
ment Funds are hereby rescinded and replaced with the above appropriation.
Section 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health or
welfare of the residents of this City, and therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
