AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL 1987,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 91-86, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for fiscal 1987 are now required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ---1_ of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No. 91-86 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the GENERAL FUND the sum of $500.00 to account AOI-07-7E-231A for
Real Estate Taxes increasing said appropriation from $6,000.00 to
$6,500.00, and to account AOl-07-7A-234B for Manager Search Expenses
the sum of $8,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $7,000.00 to
$15,000.00 and to account AOI-07-7E-2520 for Office Equipment the
sum of $10,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $10,000.00 to
$20,000.00.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the BUILDING/ENGINEERING FUND the sum of $10,000.00 to account
B09-04-4B-2520 for Office Equipment increasing said appropriation from
$8,000.00 to $18,000.00.
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the WATER FUND to account E01-05-5W-2560 for Waterline Construction
the sum of $7,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $168,746.00
to $175,746.00.
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and it hereby is, declared to be an
emergency necessary to preserve the public health, safety and welfare
as required by law and therefore shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
