REPORT TO COUNCIL REGARDING I

WHEREAS, the Dublin Charter, under Article VII, Boards and Commissions, I
7.01 Merit System-Personnel Board of Review established said Board; and, I
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council, under the Dublin Charter, may delegate I
duties and powers, by ordinance or resolution, to boards, commissions and I
committees of the City of Dublin;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, I
State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring: i
I
Section 1. That the Personnel Board of Review of the City of Dublin is I
directed and authorized to examine and review the Code of Personnel I
Practices and Procedures and the Compensation Plan (Ordinance 17-90)
I including, but not limited to, alcohol/drug abuse policies, salaries and
benefits of the employees of the City of Dublin.

Section 2. That the Personnel Board of Review, after review and study,
shall make a report to the Council of the City of Dublin with regard to
the above stated assignment no later than September 1, 1991.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
