AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE
PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET
AND CAPITAL PROGRAM FOR
THE 1991 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, Section 5.04(B)(5) of the Dublin City Charter requires the
City Manager to prepare and submit the proposed annual budget and
capital program to City Council; and,
WHEREAS, City Council has received and reviewed this proposed budget;
and,
WHEREAS, the Administration has incorporated all corrections and modifi-
cations as required by City Council's review process in the attached
budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the 1991 Operating Budget attached as Exhibit "A" be,
and hereby is, approved.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
