AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE I
NO. 06-90, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA- I
TIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
1990, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to
the Annual Appropriations Ordinance in order that appropriations are not
over-expended; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds to allow for un-
anticipated expenditures or increased expenditures directly related to
increased revenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the GENERAL FUND the sum of $14,500.00 to be distributed to the following
departments.
A01-04-4C Department of Development
Personal Services $ 8,000.00
A01-07-7D Department of Finance
Personal Services 5,000.00
A01-07-7G Miscellaneous Accounts
Co. Auditor Real Estate Deductions 500.00

Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
