AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE
LOWEST/BEST BID FOR A DITCH
REHABILITATION PROJECT ON
THE EAST SIDE OF S.R. 257~
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, after advertising and receiving bids and opening said bids on
November 30, 1990, for a Ditch Rehabilitation Project on the east side
of S.R. 257; and
WHEREAS~ Council has determined that the lowest and best bid for said
project is from The Righter Company in the amount of $133,075.00.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid from The Righter Company in the amount of $133,075.00
be, and hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and Finance Director be, and hereby are
authorized and directed to execute a contract with The Righter Company for
completion of said project pursuant to the bid specifications and documents
on file in the office of the City Engineer.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
