AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS AND COM-
MISSIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards and Commissions:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Roger Berlin is hereby appointed to the Planning
and Zoning Commission for a term of four (4) years.
Section 2. That Richard Rauh is hereby appointed to the Board
of Zoning Appeals for a term of three (3) years.
Section 3. That Denise King is hereby appointed to the Parks
and Recreation Committee for a term of three (3) years.
Section 4. That Thomas Kellett is hereby appointed to the
Architectural Review Board for a period of three (3) years.
Section 5. That Gary Williams is hereby appointed to the
Personnel Board of Review for a period of three (3) years.
Section 6. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
Section 7. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the Village Charter.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 9. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
