AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 06-90, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA-
TIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
1990
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to
the Appropriations Ordinance in order that appropriations are not
overexpended or exceed anticipated revenue; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds for two new income tax
trust funds; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reduce the appropriations in the Sewer
Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend an appropriation for a construction
fund;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Powell Income Tax Fund the sum of $2,400 for the purpose of
distributing collected funds to the Village of Powell, the City of
Dublin or refunds to taxpayers.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the New Albany Income Tax Fund the sum of $24,000 for the purpose
of distributing collected funds to the Village of New Albany, the City
of Dublin or refunds to taxpayers.
Section 3. That the appropriation in the Sewer Fund for Sewerline
Construction (E02-05-5W-2560) be deleted, thereby reducing the total
appropriations for this fund by $190,000.00.
Section 4. That the appropriation in the Capital Improvement Tax Fund
for Street Maintenance Equipment and Construction of New Facility
(D01-07-7A-250I) be reduced by $192,000.00.
Section 5. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Service Complex Construction Fund the sum of $192,000.00 to
account DOl-07-7E-2500 for additional costs anticipated to construct
and furnish said facility. This additional appropriation is the
balance of unexpended funds from the proceeds of the sale of notes for
this purpose.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
