AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND A CERTAIN
SECTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 52-81,
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
COMPENSATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined, with the advice and input of
the Personnel Director and, upon the Village Manager's recommendation that
it is desirable to revise and update a certain Section of the Village
Compensation Plan with the express intent of upgrading the salary factors
associated with Village employment, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council believes that this amendment will allow the
Village to offer compensatory factors that are proximate to those factors
offered by other area municipalities, and thus assist in future employee
recruitment efforts, as well as aid in the retention of productive profes-
sional and effective employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:

SECTION 1. That Section 8.1 "Salary Plan .. of Ordinance No: 52-81 be amended
by changing the salary ranges of a number of positions and adding a number of
positions and salary ranges as follows:
