II CORRECTED LEGAL DESCRIPTION I
II AS AN EXHIBIT TO ORDINANCE i
82-90, AND DECLARING AN
II EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Ordinance 82-90, passed by the Dublin City Council on September
4, 1990, said ordinance dealing with appropriating fee simple interest,
temporary construction easement, temporary drainage easement and
permanent storm water sewer easement in preparation for completion of
a final section of Muirfield Drive, had an incorrect legal description
attached thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
I State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring:

I Section 1. That a corrected copy of HCO-B,
I Easement) be attached to Ordinance No. 82-90.
il Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be authorized to attach the correct
II legal description to the aforementioned ordinance and to notify all
interested parties of the change.
:1 Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, declared to

be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
pub lic hea 1 th, safety and welfare, the reason for such emergency being
the necessity to immediately correct an ordinance previously passed
by the Dublin City Council.
