AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PETITIONED CHANGE
IN THE NAME OF A STREET IN MUIRFIELD SUBDIVISION
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been submitted to the Village Council requesting
a change in the name of a Street in said Muirfield subdivision, and;
WHEREAS, there have been no homes constructed on said street and all
lot owners on said street have signed the petition:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the name of Balmahoy Court in Muirfield Phase 21 be,
and hereby is, changed to Muirfield Run.
SECTION 2. That the Village Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to
have the plat corrected to conform to this change.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

RE: Petition for Street Name Change
DATE: October 27, 1986
The attached petition was received on October 24, 1986
requesting that the name of BALMAHOY COURT, in Muirfield,
be changed to MUIRFIELD RUN.
As stated in the petition, there have been no homes con-
structed on said Court at the present time and the petition
has been signed by all lot owners of said Court. Based
on these two ( 2 ) facts, I would recommend that the request
be granted and the Engineer be instructed to have the plat
corrected to conform to the change.

WE THE RESIDENTS OF BALMAHOY COURT (LOTS 973,974,975), VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO REQUEST THAT THE NAME OF SAID COURT BE CHANGED TO MUIRFIELD RUN
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON APPROVAL OF VILLAGE COUNCIL.
FURTHER, WE INFORM COUNCIL THAT THIS COURT IS A NEW COURT AND HAS NO
BUILDINGS YET CONSTRUCTED. THE PETITIONERS SIGNING BELOW REPRESENT
100% OF PROPERTY OWNERS ON SAID COURT.
