AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF
MARY ANN RAUSCH AS A MEMBER OF
THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Rausch has resigned from the Board of Zoning Appeals;
and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that Elaine "Becky" Saylor
is a suitable person to serve the balance of this unexpired term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Elaine "Becky" Saylot is hereby appointed to serve
this unexpired term commencing with the effective date of this Ordinance
and ending December 31, 1987 per Section 7.05 of the Village Charter.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason of establishing a full
Board, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
