AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NO. 100-87 REGARDING THE HEALTH
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE FRANKLIN
COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin, Ohio and the Franklin County, Ohio District
Board of Health entered into a health services contract on August 17,
1987, providing for the provisions of the Board certain health services
to the City for the period extending from September 1, 1987, to December
31, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual determination of the City and the Board that
the provision of Section 7 of that agreement shall be changed as herein-
after provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Section 7 of the contract entered into and passed by the
City of Dublin on August 17, 1987, (Ordinance No. 100-87) be amended to
read as follows:
"Section 7. The City of Dublin, Ohio, through its City Manager
shall issue permits and collect fees for such plumbing inspections.
The fee to be charged shall be the same as that of the Franklin
County General Health District. The City of Dublin, Ohio, shall
forward sixty (60%) percent of all plumbing inspection fees
collected by them to the Franklin County General Health District
after said Health District has submitted quarterly statements of
the amount due. Said amount shall be paid by the City of Dublin
within thirty (30) days after receipt of said statement. Not to
exceed $55,000.00 annually."
Section 2. IT is agreed and understood by the parties (the City of Dublin
and the Franklin County District Board of Health) that all other terms,
convenants, conditions and provisions of the original and current Agreemen
which covers the period from September 1, 1987 through December 31, 1988,
shall remain in full force and effect until or unless changed by further
and additional Agreements.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

MODIFICATION TO HEALTH SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin, Ohio (the City) and the Franklin
County, Ohio District Board of Health (the Board) entered into a health
services contract on August 17, 1987, providing for the provisions of
the Board certain health services to the City for the period extending
from September 1, 1987 to December 31, 1988, and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual determination of the City and the Board
that the provision of Section 7 of that agreement shall be changed as
hereinafter provided, now, therefore,
This Modification to Health Services Contract is entered into this
1st day of April , 1988, by and between the City of
Dublin, Ohio, acting by and through a majority of the members of its
legislative authority pursuant to and under the authority of Ordinance
No. 15-88 , passed and adopted on March 7 , 1988, and the Chairman
of District Advisory Council of the Franklin County District Board of
Health, with the approval of the majority of its members, pursuant to
and by resolution adopted on January 26, 1988, which are hereby made a
part hereof. The parties agree that, effective April 1 , 1988,
Section 7 of the original and current agreement shall be amended to-read
as follows:
SECTION 7. The City of Dublin, Ohio, through its City Manager

fee to be charged shall be the same as that of the Franklin County
General Health District. The City of Dublin, Ohio, shall forward sixty
