AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS
AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards, Commission, and
Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Mary Ann Rausch is hereby appointed to
the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term of four (4) years.
Section 2. That Joel Campbell and Becky Saylor
are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals for terms of three
(3) years.
Section 3. That Kirk Hurto and Kent Underwood
are hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Committee for terms
of three (3 ) years.
Section 4. That Richard Carpenter and Gerald DeGrazia
are hereby appointed to the Architectural Review Board for terms of
three (3) years.
Section 5. That James Chisman is hereby appointed to
the Personnel Board of Review for a term of three (3) years.
Section 6. That Donald Tootle and Herbert Jones
are hereby appointed to the Cemetery Commission for terms of three (3)
years.
Section 7. That the following persons be appointed to the 1re~s and
Landscape Advisory Commission for terms of two (2) years W1ll1am

Section 8. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 9. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the City Charter.
Section 10. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensatior.
Section 11. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
