Our staff is also growing and we have no additional copies. Other than staff, copies would be purchased, not given away. Since the Walter H. Drane Company of Cleveland is presently preparing our 1987 Replacement Pages we asked them for a quote for reprinting. They responded by submitting for our review the cost involved in reprinting fifty complete sets of the Codified Ordinances. The expense is the same for fifty copies as it is for twenty-five. Urban Clerk of Council 6665 Coffman Road Dublin, Ohio 43017 Dear Mrs. Urban: Pursuant to our phone conversation of yesterday, I am submitting for your review the cost involved in reprinting fifty complete sets of the Dublin Codified Ordinances. As I explained on the phone, the expense is the same for fifty as it would be for twenty-five, so I asume you will wish delivery of the larger number. Reprinting 50 copies of entire Codified Ordinances $5,341.00 10 hard-cover binders and tab dividers 200.00 40 Accu-Press binders 80.00 $5,621.00 We would also bill the City for shipping and handling which I would estimate to be approximately $20.00. The reprinting should be done in conjunction with the preparation of the 1987 Replacement Pages, so that the fifty extra copies you receive v,rill be completely up to date. I expect to have the 1987 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances prepared for the printer by mid to late October. Please call if you have any questions. Very truly yours, .~ Michael F.
