AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A CHANGE
IN THE NAME OF A STREET IN THE
INDIAN RUN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, there is a street named Indian Run Drive in Washington Town-
ship; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to avoid confusion for emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, Section 723.04 of the Ohio Revised Code provides for a street
name to be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the name of Indian Run Drive in the Indian Run Meadows
Subdivision be, and hereby is, changed to Schoolcraft Drive.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have
the plat corrected to conform to this change.
Section 3. That this Ordinance sha 11 take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
