AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL 1987
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 91-86, the Annual Appropriations
Ordinance for fiscal 1987 are now required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No. 91-86 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the GENERAL FUND the sum of $10,000.00 to account A01-04-4A-2350
for Master Plan Program, increasing said appropriation from $137,140.00
to $147,140.00 to provide for graphics consultation services for the
final documents; the sum of $5,000.00 to account A01-02-2B-2300 for
County Board of Health Payments, increasing said appropriation from
$44,000.00 to $49,000.00. The sum of $10,000.00 to account A01-07-7D-2520
for Office Equipment/Finance Department, increasing said appropriation
from $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 to account A01-07-7G-2340 for Deductions
by County Auditor from R. E. Tax Settlements the sum of $5,000.00,
increasing said appropriation from $45,000.00 to $50,000.00.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND the sum of $5,000.00 to account
B07-06-6A-2500 for Street Maintenance Equipment, thereby increasing
said appropriation from $43,650.00 to $48,650.00.
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the BUILDING/ENGINEERING FUND the sum of $10,000.00 to account
B09-04-4B-2350 for Site Inspections increasing said appropriation from
$19,180.00 to $29,180.00.
Section 4. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the STREET MAINTENANCE FUND the sum of $10,000.00 to account
B01-06-6B-2350 for Repair Contracts, increasing said appropriation from
$9,000.00 to $19,000.00.
Section 5. That this Ordinance is an emergency measure to preserve the
public health, safety, and welfare, and therefore shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
