AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL
1986, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 72-85, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for Fiscal 1986, are required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No. 72-85 be and it hereby is amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the GENERAL FUND to account A01-06-6A-2550 for Street Capital
Improvements the sum of $25,000.00 increasing said appropriation from
$306,832.97 to $331,832.97; and to account A01-07-7C-2410 for Office
Supplies for Mayor's Court the sum of $500.00 increasing said appropria-
tion from $3,000.00 to $3,500.00.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
