WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments be made to the Annual Appropriations; and WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 72-85, the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal 1986, are required; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance No. 72-85 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the GENERAL FUND to account A01-03-3B-2510 for Park Capital Improvements the sum of $140,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $86,161.12 to $226,161.12, said increase to be used for the Indian Run Meadow Park construction contract. Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. 't/~ Clerk of Council MEMORANDUM TO: All Counc il Membe rs FROM: Nan Prushing, Finance Director SUBJECT: Appropriation for Indian Run Meadows Park DATE: August 28, 1986 Ordinance No. 66-86 requests an additional appropriation for Capital Improvements for the preliminary construction work at Indian Run Meadow Park. Approximately $4,000.00 is to cover the Vi 1lage portion of the design costs by Deborah Georg of The Georg Group. The remaining appropriation is to cover the Vi llage cost of the bid received by the School Administration for the joint park/school site. The costs projected are for the construction of a portion of the bikeway, the excavation and earthwork at the site, including mounding along Muirfie ld Boulevard, underground drainage and inlets and seeding for the park and retention areas. Landscaping, a shelterhouse, and ball diamond fencing, etc. will be done under separate contract in 1987. NJP:fmu '''''''--''':
