AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
ENGINEER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
"RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS" FOR THE
DUBLIN VILLAGE SECTION OF STATE
ROUTE 745 FROM U.S. 33 TO GLICK ROAD
AND TO WORK WITH O.D.O.T. - DISTRICT
SIX TO ASSURE THAT THE RURAL SECTIONS
OF STATE ROUTE 745 WOULD BE MARKED AT
APPROXIMATELY THE SAME TIME.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Village Council to consider having
"RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS" placed on the Village section of
State Route 745;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Engineer is hereby authorized to
advertise for bids for "RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS" for the Dublin
Village section of State Route 745.
SECTION 2. That the Village Engineer is hereby instructed to
work with State O.D.O.T. - Division Six to assure that the rural
sections of State Route 745 will be marked at approximately the
same time under one of their contracts.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
