A commitment to establish left-turn lanes into the site off Shier-Rings Road and, based on a traffic study to be done by the City, a commitment to follow through with the recommenda- tions regarding widening of the road and signalization. 2. The applicant must apply to rezone this site to the Public Facilities District when it becomes available. 3. The equipment shed which is proposed to be built into the mound is to be placed at a normal setback.
