AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL 1988
AN DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amend-
ments be made to the Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 31-88, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for fiscal 1988, are now required due to the expansion of
the Building and Engineering Department operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No. 31-88 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Building/Engineering Fund the total sum of $80,000.00 to be
distributed as follows:
Other Expenses $75,000.00
Capital Outlay 5,000.00
These amendements increase the total approprations from $1,099,400.00
to $1,179,400.00.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and it hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary to preserve the public health, safety
and welfare as required by law and therefore shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.

approves the amending ordinance.

B09-04-4B-2350 Contract Engineering 30,000.00
Inspections
B09-04-4B-2360 Contract Building 30,000.00
Inspections
B09-04-4B-2520 Office Equipment 5,000.00
If you feel the adjustments should be distributed otherwise, please
let me know before August 3, 1988.
