AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION
1305.01 OF THE DUBLIN CODIFIED
ORDINANCES - CABO ONE AND TWO
FAMILY DWELLING CODE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Section 1305.01 of the Dublin
Codified Ordinances be amended, said sectionwhich adopted the 1983
CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Section 1305.01 of the Dublin Codified Ordinances be
amended, the City of Dublin adopting the 1986 CABO One and Two Dwelling
Code with the 1987 and 1988 amendments.
Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of Dublin and shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
