ORDINANCE NO. 2 3-8~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 10-84 REGARDING
MOTOR VEHICLES UPON RESIDENTIAL PREMISES.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, 0 members concurring, that:
Section l. Ordinance 10-84, Section 2, C.2. be and the same
hereby is amended so that as amended the same shall read as follows!:
C.2.(a) All motor vehicles at the premises, whether
Qrivat~ passenger, commercial or other shall be parked on driveways
or paved areas or concealed from public view in private garages,
carports, etc. No motor vehicles shall be parked in required
yard areas of residential neighborhoods.
(b) All motor vehicles in public view on the premise
shall be in operating condition and in compliance with all motor
vehicle safety, equipment and registration and licensing laws
displaying proper tags and validation stickers.
Section 2. All other portions of Ordinance 10-84 not amended
herein shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period permitted by law.
