ORDINANCE NO. 22-84
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 45-83 AS IT RELATES
TO BUILDING MOVING.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the Village
of Dublin, 7 members concurring, that:
Section 1. Ordinance 45-83 and Section 10 thereof be and
hereby are amended to delete the words: "moving permits" from
the first paragraph thereof.
Section 2. Ordinance 45-83 be and hereby is amended to
delete entirely Section 10D.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period permitted by law.
