AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A MEMBER TO FILL
THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RONALD GEESE DUE TO
HIS RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF ZONING
APPEALS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Ronald Geese has submitted a letter of resignation from
the Board of Zoning Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a member to fill his un-
expired:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That c.D I-I uTe /-1 / /V/ .s is hereby appointed to
serve the unexpired term of said Ronald Geese which expires on
December 31, 1984.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the per-
servation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this appointment is immediately needed and
therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
