AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE GIFTS COMMISSION, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, this Commission was given approval to contact persons and
to recommend appointments to said Commission, and;
WHEREAS, they have made contacts and now desire to have appointments
made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Gifts Commission for a term of one (1) year:
Barbara Maurer Chairman
Beth Brooks Secretary
Paul Barnett Member
Patrick Grabill Member
Phyll is Harris Member
Ken Sechler Member
They shall serve until their successors are appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by the Village Council.
Section 2. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensa-
tion.
Section 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure
for the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that these persons are already actively involved in said Commission
and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
