DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

Commission, and
WHEREAS, it is n~c~ssary to appoint a m~mb~r to fill his un~xpir~d
t~rm;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by th~ Council of th~ Villag~ of Dublin,
Stat~ of Ohio, 7 of th~ ~l~ct~d m~mb~rs concurring:
S~ction 1. That Roger Berlin is h~r~by appoint~d to s~rv~ th~
un~xpir~d t~rm of said G~rald Macklin which ~xpir~s on D~c~mb~r 31,
1986.
