AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE
,,-' VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards and Commissions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Thomas H. Grace and Ronald Geese
are hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term
of four (4) years.
Section 2. That Warren E. Fishman and Edmund E. Giorgione
are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of
three (3) years.
Section 3. That Ann Bohman and William C. Andrews
are hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Committee for a term
of three (3) years.
Section 4. That Tim Frederich and Donna Schenk
; are hereby appointed to the Architectural Review Board for a term of
three (3) years.
Section 5. That William M. Denihan is hereby appointed to the
Personnel Board of Review for a term of three (3) years.
Section 6. That C. Grant: Cully is hereby appointed to the
Cemetery Commission for a term of three (3) years.
Section 7. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the Village Charter.
Section 9. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
