AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 1515 OF
THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF DUBLIN, OHIO
BY ADOPTING ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS OF
1984 AND 1985 TO THE BUILDING OFFICIALS
AND CODE ADMINISTRATORS (BOCA) BASIC
FIRE PREVENTION CODE/1984-1985.
WHEREAS, amendments have been made to the Basic Fire Prevention
Code and;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No: 07-82 adopted the Basic Fire Prevention
Code and said Code should include all amendments or revisions:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1- That any and all amendments made to the Basic Fire
Prevention Code in 1984 and 1985 are hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
