WRRRFA~, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
sale to the Village of two (2) new cruisers, and;
WRRRFA~, Council has determined that the bid of Dan Tobin Sales
in the amount of $ 22,240.00
is the lowest/best bid; HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid of $ 22,240.00 for the sale to the Village of
two (2) new cruisers in accordance with specifications presently on file
in the Office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with
Dan Tobin Sales for the purchase of said cruisers.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, health and safety
and for the further reason that high mileage on the current cruisers
dictates replacement as soon as possible and therefore this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.

RE: Bids on Cruisers
DATE: October 18, 1985
On Friday, October 18, 1985, after required advertising, bids
were received for two (2) new Police Cruisers with the
following results:
Company Total bid for two (2)
George Byers & Sons Plym. Gran Fury $23,390.00
Bob McDorman Chev. Impala $23,364.00
Dan Tobin Sales Chev. Impala $22,240.00
Since the Dan Tobin bid met, or exceeded, all specifications,
I would highly recommend that said bid for two (2) cruisers be
accepted.
I respectfully request that Council enact the Ordinance to
accept said bid as emergency legislation.
