AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST/BEST
BID FOR AVERY PARK IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING
THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT AND, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
Avery Park Improvements and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of George J. Igel & Co.
in the amount of $ 208,239.30 is the lowest/best bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
. State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:

SECTION 1. That the bid of George J. Igel & Co. , in the amount of
$ 208,239.30 be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
George J. Igel & Co. for the improvements in accordance with
the specifications presently on file in the office of the Village Manager.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety and for the further reason that this project should be initiated as
soon as possible so that the facilities may possibly be utilized in the
Spring of 1986 and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
