TO VACATE MEADOWLAND DRIVE
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the Office of the Village
Engineer for the vacation of Meadowland Drive; and
WHEREAS, after investigation, it has been determined that this will
cause no adverse effects on surrounding properties; and therefore
should be vacated and released; and
WHEREAS, there are no utility facilities within the area proposed to
be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin:
Section 1. That Meadowland Drive be and the same hereby is vacated.
Section 2. That this Ordinance will take effect and be in force on
and after August 15, 1985.
Section 3. That Dublin Village Council finds that this matter is an
emergency affecting public health and safety and shall be in effect
immediately upon passage.
